Full Refund On Candidate Search
If a candidate is not hired for a certain position, we offer a full refund of the advance payment, ensuring your investment is protected and your trust in our services is upheld.

Refund For Newly Hired Candidate
If the candidate fails to meet expectations after hiring, our clients have the opportunity to claim full-refund within one week of the hiring date.

Candidate Switch Without
Payback
The client may choose to move on to another candidate within 1.5 months of the candidate's joining date, if the client finds the candidate's work is unsatisfactory. But there won't be any refund in such a situation.

Refund Process Initiate Upon Request.
Refund amount can be processed within 2-4 business days upon receipt of the return request. Clients are required to send an email to support@imercury.net to initiate the refund process.
